16 Tenses (Future Tense)

1. Simple Future Tense

=> untuk menyatakan suatu peristiwa yang akan dilakukan pada waktu yang akan datang.

Formula : S + Shall/will + V1 + C

Example :   (+)  They will give me money.

                 (-)  They will not give me money.

                 (?)  will they give me money?

Passive Formula : O + will/shall + be + V3 + by + S + C

Example : (Active) Them will sell a big bag.

               (Passive) a big bag will be sold by them.

2. Future Continuous Tense

=> menyatakan suatu peristiwa yang akan sedang terjadi pada waktu yang akan datang.

Formula : S + shall/will + be + V.ing + C

Example :   (+)  We will be matching volleyball next week.

                 (-)  We will not be matching volleyball next week.

                 (?)  Will we be matching volleyball next week?

Passive Formula : O + will/shall + be + being + V3 + by + S + C

Example : (Active) We shall be sweeping the class.

               (Passive) The class will be being swept by us.

3. Future Perfect Tense

 => dipergunakan untuk menyatakan suatu perbuatan atau peristiwa yang sudah dimulai pada waktu lampau dan segera selesai pada waktu yang akan datang.

Formula : S + shall/will + have + V3 + C

Example :   (+)  He will have brought a book.

                 (-)  He will not have brought a book.

                 (?)  will he have brought a book?

Passive Formula : O + will/shall + have + been + V3 + by + S + C

Example : (Active) They will have taken my puzzle.

              (Passive) My puzzle will have been taken by them.

4. Future Perfect Continuous Tense

 => dipergunakan untuk menyatakan suatu perbuatan atau peristiwa yang sudah dimulai pada waktu lampautetapi masih ada kemungkinan untuk lanjutkan pada waktu yang akan datang.

Formula : S + shall/will + have + been + V.ing + C

Example :
(+)  We shall have been doing there 3 month by the end of march.

 (-)  We shall not have been doing there 3 month by the end of march.

 (?)  shall we have been doing there 3 month by the end of march?

Passive Formula : O + will/shall + have + been + being + V3 + by + S + C

Example : (Active) Tomo will have been bringing a magazine.

               (Passive) Magazine will have been being brought by Tomo.
